Welcome to the Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground

Our campground is open! We are taking all necessary precautions to make your stay as safe as possible by sanitizing showers and restrooms and keeping social distancing. Our campground store and office is open, masks are required when entering the building and if you can't maintain social distancing inside restrooms/laundry, etc. Please help us by following social distancing guidelines and do not camp if you are sick.

We would like to thank everyone for their support during these tough times, and we look forward to seeing you at Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground.

FALL SEASONAL CAMPSITES - Rent a seasonal site, set up once, come back as often as you like. Leave your RV/Camper for the fall, and relax without the stress of packing up each time you leave. It is like having a second home, ready to visit at any time. Fall seasonal sites are available August 1 - October 31, 2020. Call Haley in the office to reserve your site - 812.988.6422.

MONTHLY FULL TIME RV'ers - Our monthly rent includes: electric and water hookups and weekly sewer dumps. Site sizes vary, please call the office for more information 812.988.6422 or email us at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Mobile check-in is now available! When you book a campsite through our reservation system, you will be sent a QR code via your phone to check-in virtually, after hours and no need to check-in inside the office. One more way we are observing the social distancing guidelines.

Pastor Baggett Lake is available for catch and release fishing only - NO SWIMMING IS PERMITTED IN THE LAKE.

The Brown County Health Department has recommended that all our events/festivals for this year be cancelled. We are taking their recommendation and cancelling the scheduled 2020 events/festival as of today. As of now, there are no specific dates for 2021, and we will not be taking any rollover requests.

We are taking the health of our staff, employees, volunteers, guests, and performers seriously and feel that the decision is in the best interest of everyone involved.

There will be 2 options for all existing camping/cabin reservations for the upcoming events.
1. You can keep your existing campsite reservation for the 2020 festival dates OR
2. Request a camping credit to be used by December 31, 2021.

To keep your current reservation(s) for this year, you must complete the online request form by the designated deadline dates below so that we can process all requests. If we do not hear from you by the deadline, we will automatically issue you a credit AND ROLLOVER your reservation for next year when and if the dates are announced. All Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground rules and regulations posted on the website will be in effect for all camping. Thank you for your patience, we understand your frustrations, these are definitely different times.

Deadline to submit forms:
Bean Blossom Blues Fest - August 7
Bean Blossom Bikerfest - August 18
Bean Blossom Bluegrass & Uncle Pen Fest – August 29
John Hartford Memorial Festival - September 12

Should events be allowed to happen next year, you will be able to use your credits for the events, however, there are no rollovers, so NEW reservations will need to be made once the dates are announced. Ticket and golf cart refunds will be handled on a per festival basis.

The park will continue to be open for camping through the fall season, camping reservations can be made online, Cabins and RV's rentals are reserved through Airbnb.

We thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented times and look forward to seeing everyone hopefully again in 2021 for our annual festivals and events.
