Welcome to Bill Monroe’s Music Park & Campground!

You probably know us for our unbelievable concerts and festivals, but did you know that we also have a full service campground? 

Bill Monroe’s Campground is a family and pet friendly campground that can accommodate campers of all sizes — from tents to Class A motorhomes and everything in between. Located on 55 acres, just 5 miles north of Nashville, Indiana, we have water/electric, primitive tent sites and an area for boondocking —  a camp site for any RV’ers or tent camper.  If you don’t have a camper but would like to experience camping in a camper, we have 2 onsite you can rent. 

For those wanting 4 walls, we have 14 camping cabins available to rent — all located on the Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground property. 

During your stay, visit the Bill Monroe Museum and Hall of Fame, browse the gift shop, pick up a few snacks, and purchase firewood and ice. Want to have some fun getting around the campground? Rent a 4 seater golf cart. Don’t forget your fishing poles, we have a 5 acre catch and release fishing lake, the kids will love reeling in their catch. 

Attention all full-time/work campers! We have monthly campsites available to rent. Site includes: Water hookup; electric; and sewer hookups. Wi-Fi is available in our Wi-Fi Café located in the museum during regular business hours.  Site sizes vary – monthly fee $700.

Bill Monroe’s Music Park & Campground and RV Park offers many amenities for a fun, family-friendly stay. At the campground you can rent golf carts, ride bikes, take a hike, go fishing in our catch and release 5-acre fishing lake, climb and climb on our playground.

Camping Cabins

Our pet friendly camping cabins offer you the best of both worlds – get out and explore during the day, then retreat indoors. A step up from tent camping without the hassle of setting up and tearing down.

Deluxe Cabins

Our deluxe, pet friendly camping cabins offer you some of the comforts of home. One bedroom, a sleeping loft, a full bath with walk-in shower and a kitchenette where you can prepare simple meals throughout your stay.

Your homebase while you discover Brown County

Brown County is a mountain bikers dream! Don’t miss riding the world-class mountain bike trails at Brown County State Park. The park features over 25 miles of trail systems created by mountain bikers for a good day of riding. Brown County State Park is just 8 miles from the campground. 

Bikers love the back roads of Brown County, Indiana. With the hilly terrain, bikers can ride for miles down hollers and up steep hills for a challenging workout. 

Love to kayak? There are several lakes within an hour of the campground where you can put in and paddle for an hour or the day. Check out Lake LemonMonroe Lake and Yellowwood State Forest. If you don’t have a kayak, Pathfinder Outfitters offers guided and self-guided canoe and kayak tours. They also offer guided and self guided mountain bike trips and so much more. We have 2 Jayco campers available to rent onsite. Bill Monore Lakeside Camper and Rutherfords Roost Lakeside Camper. Each camper can accommodate up to 4 guests.
