Performing on the historic Bill Monroe stage at Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground is a dream for many performers. The history of the park dates to the early 1940’s when the Brown County Jamboree started attracting large crowds to the tiny town of Bean Blossom, Indiana. In 1952, the Jamboree was sold to Bill Monroe, where he began playing in 1951. There have been changes to the park over the years, but the tradition of live musical performances lives on through our diverse festivals and events.
