Welcome to Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground. We are a privately owned and family friendly campground. The campground is open to registered campers and their visitors only. We have created the following rules and regulations to provide a safe and relaxing camping experience for you and your family. By making a reservation at Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground, you and your guests/visitors agree to abide by the rules and regulations in addition to all local, state, and federal laws. The registered person is responsible for the actions of all persons at the site, the following rules and guidelines WILL BE ENFORCED throughout your stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in is 3 pm | Check-out is 11 am | Check-out on Sundays 1 pm
All check-in reservation packets will be available in our outside reservation box by 3 pm.
CAMP STORE OFFICE HOURS: Monday – Saturday 10 am – 5 pm | Closed on Sundays (seasonal hours)
RESERVATIONS: Only 2 sites may be rented by the same individual, names for all guests must be included in the reservation. There is a $10 fee to transfer or move a reservation after it has been made.
SITES: Hook up sites: 1 camping unit and 1 tent plus 2 vehicles or 2 tents and 2 vehicles per site.
Primitive tent sites: 1 tent and no vehicles.
Please keep all vehicles and personal property within the boundaries of your site and off the road so other campers have room to pull in and park. We need to allow emergency vehicles to gain access throughout the park as needed. Parking or spreading out on vacant sites is strictly prohibited.
OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 6 people per site at any one time including registered guests and visitors during regular camping season. Festivals & Events – reservations are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional fees for additional guests will apply, the number of guests staying at your site must be indicated in your reservation and additional fees paid in full.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 pm – 8 am. Noise levels must be contained within your campsite, children 17 and under must be onsite and under parent supervision. Excessive noise, loud parties or amplified music are not allowed. NOTE: Festivals are an exception, there will be late night jams throughout the park.
VISITORS AND GUESTS: All guests not registered to the site at time of check-in are considered visitors. There is a daily fee of $5 per person. All visitors and guests must register with the office before entering the campground and agree to and sign a copy of the park rules. All visitors’ cars must park in the front parking lot. Visiting hours: 10 am – 10 pm. All campers are responsible for their visitors/guests. If there are visitors at your site without registering, you and your visitors may be asked to leave the campground.
GOLF CARTS: Golf carts are permitted in the campground. If you bring your own, you must register your golf cart in the office, sign a waiver form, show proof of insurance, and pay a $10 registration fee per stay. We have a limited number of golf carts available to rent at the office, rental fee is $65 per day plus tax, waivers must be signed. All golf cart drivers must have a valid driver’s license AND be over the age of 18, follow all rules of the road including the posted speed limit, no drinking or intoxication while driving the carts. Golf carts are only to be driven on designated roads or golf cart paths, they are not permitted to be driven through other campsites or in the primitive tent camping area. Only the designated number of people can be in the golf cart at one time. Children can not drive the cart, a 4-seater is only allowed 4 people. If you violate these rules, you will be asked to return the golf cart and will not receive a refund.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: No public display, should be limited to your campsite and not consumed while driving golf carts (the parks or your own).
FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS: Are strictly prohibited for the safety of all campers. Other banned items include potato guns, balloon launchers, spotlights, laser pointers or other items deemed dangerous.
PETS: Pets must always be kept on a maximum 6’ leash at all times and provide proof of vaccine records upon request. Limit 2 large or 3 small dogs per site. Owners must pick up after their pets and dispose of potty bags in dumpsters only. Pets are not to be tied up outside of your RV or site when you are not present. No ground tie-downs allowed. If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another pet or camper, you will be asked to leave the campground. No excessive barking. Pets are permitted in our rental RV’s for an additional $25 fee per pet, limit 2. Pet fees must be paid in advance.
CAMPFIRES: No outside wood can be brought into the campground; firewood is available for purchase at the camp store. Campfires are only permitted in contained fire rings. Please make sure that your fire is completely extinguished prior to leaving. Remove all trash from the ring and dispose of in designated dumpsters. NO nails, glass or garbage will be permitted to be burned in the pit. No bonfires are permitted at any time. A $10 fee will be charged to your card if you leave trash in your fire pit.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES: Payment in full is due at time of reservation for all camping sites. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your arrival date will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued when cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to your arrival. Reservations made for festival & events are non-refundable.
FESTIVALS & EVENTS: Any who has a confirmed, paid in full reservation for festivals & events will receive an email to renew the site for the following year during the festival & event. Current reservation holders will have 30 days to accept and pay for their site for next year. Reservations are limited to 2 sites per person. We no longer offer rollovers for any sites.
Failure to adhere to these rules can result in your immediate removal from the property without any refunds. We reserve the right to evict from the campground, without a refund, anyone violating park rules, destroying property, wildlife or vegetation, detrimental conduct or creating a disturbance.
We reserve the right to seek arrest of anyone who is in violation of any local, state, and federal laws. We reserve the right to amend, add, interpret, adjust, make, and enforce rules deemed necessary for operations for the safety, convenience, comfort, and enjoyment of its guests at any time. NO REFUNDS will be granted if you are asked to leave.
All facilities are used at your own risk. The owners and staff are NOT liable for loss or damage of personal property or injuries to any occupant of any age or damage to any vehicle or personal equipment.
THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
